Which plywood belongs in a kitchen?
BWP, boiling water proof, certified and stamped. Heat and moisture resistant, and our standard in every kitchen carcass.
Is a laminate shutter with normal glue waterproof?
No. Normal adhesive swells with steam and spills. Our standard is D3 grade adhesive on every shutter.
Which hardware do you fit?
Certified European hardware. Soft-close Hettich & Blum, standard, lab rated to about 80,000 cycles.
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. One fixed, all-inclusive quote with zero hidden charges. What you approve is what gets built, and what you see is exactly what you pay.
How long does a project take?
60 business days from design lock, written into your quote; the timeline moves with the scope of the project. Around 30 days in the factory, then about two weeks of installation by our own crew.
What happens after handover?
A 10-year warranty* and a team that answers. Every call. You are not a claim number.
Can we see the factory?
Yes. Factory, showroom and offices sit under one roof at the Orovell Showroom, Balanagar. Walk the floor and watch your panels cut.
